Meditation Classes in Pickering Ajax
A new meditation class has started and runs every Wednesday evening at 7:30 pm at Pickering High School - 180 Church Street North in Ajax - classroom #149. Classes are always free and open to people of all ages. Classes consist of instruction on how to meditate, meditation sessions and information on the chakras and subtle system.
